Erewhon Market is bustling with weekend grocery store-goers: moms and dads fill their carts for the week, Instagram influencers pose for a selfie with their favorite kale smoothie, and celebrities like Gwenyth Paltrow sneak in to grab a quick drink from the Goop-approved tonic bar.
Browsing the aisles of this natural-food fortress, it can be hard to know what is actually worth the pretty price tags. Luckily, the cult-favorite L.A. grocer has been blogged, vlogged, and reported on by almost every internet foodie to reveal the absolute must-try Erewhon items.
It is no secret that YouTuber Emma Chamberlain is obsessed with Erewhon’s kale white bean salad: a zesty and crunchy side that has a million ‘dupe’ recipes on the internet because it is that good. Instagram and Tik Tik commentator @itsmetinx, who has her own smoothie at the juice bar, raves about the ZAB hot sauce, a slow-burning spicy condiment that contains fruity notes, perfect on absolutely everything.
Thelatelyblog, a food and lifestyle blogger, has shopping at Erewhon down to a science. Her biggest tip: go for the legendary salad and hot-bar items.
